How does the booking process work?

You send a request through the "Book a session" form. You receive a response within 24 hours. If the date is free, I confirm it and send you the details with an .ics file. A reminder follows 48 hours before the session.

How far in advance should I book?

For beauty and editorial — two weeks is safe. For weddings — six months for the season, especially May–September. Shorter timelines are possible but I can't guarantee a slot.

Do you take a deposit?

No. Payment is made on the day of the appointment, in cash or by transfer. For weddings, we agree on terms individually.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Through the link in the reminder email, by replying to your confirmation, or via Instagram. Less than 48 hours before the appointment, I'll try to fill the slot with another client.

What if I need a last-minute appointment?

Write directly on Instagram. If I have an open slot I can respond quickly. For weddings and editorial work — I don't recommend it.

How many clients can you take in a single day?

For beauty — three to four. For weddings — one bride and up to three close guests, depending on timing. For editorial — one set per day.

What kind of products do you use?

Professional brands selected for high resolution and longevity — Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, NARS, Pat McGrath, Hourglass, Laura Mercier. All brushes and tools are sterilised before each client.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

Tell me before the session. For weddings I recommend a trial two weeks in advance so we can test how your skin reacts. I carry fragrance-free and hypoallergenic options for bases and setting products.

Do you do hair as well?

No. I focus exclusively on makeup. I work with hairstylists I recommend if you need a referral.

Yes. Individual or strip, depending on the look we agree on. At no extra cost.

Do you have a studio?

For now I work on location — at the client's home, in an apartment, at a hotel, on set. I'm looking for the right location for a studio. Until then, coming to the client is part of how I work.

Where do you travel?

Skopje and Gostivar at no extra charge. Other towns in the region — by arrangement, with a travel fee that depends on distance.

How should I prepare the space?

A table or desk near a window with natural light. A chair at table height (not a sofa). A mirror if you have one. If not, I bring my own.

Can you come to a hotel?

Yes. Particularly for bridal sessions. Let me know which hotel and the check-in time — it affects timing.

How much time before the appointment do you arrive?

Fifteen minutes to set up the space. If more time is needed (wedding, editorial) — we agree on that in advance.

Do you offer trial sessions?

I recommend it but it's not mandatory. The trial happens two to three weeks before the wedding. We test the look, the products, and how your skin reacts.

How long before the ceremony should I start?

For makeup — about two hours before you need to be dressed. With hair and dressing, that's four hours before the ceremony. We work out the exact timing together once we know the day's plan.

Can you do makeup for wedding guests as well?

Yes, up to three guests in addition to the bride. We agree on this at booking so I can plan the timing.

What if my makeup smudges during the day?

The makeup is built for a long day. I leave you a small touch-up kit — lipstick, powder, setting spray. I show you the touch-ups before I leave.

Do you have photographer or hairstylist recommendations?

Yes. I work with several photographers and hairstylists across Skopje and Gostivar. Tell me what you're looking for and I can recommend someone.

Why aren't prices listed on the site?

Every booking has its own variables — duration, location, number of people, whether it's a trial or the wedding day itself. I send a quote in response to a specific request, the same day.

How is payment made?

After each session you receive a stamp on the digital card via QR code. The eleventh session is on us. No app, no account. Just scan.

Do you work with male clients?

Yes. For weddings, editorials and shoots — especially for grooms, group shots and campaigns.

Not at the moment. It's something for the coming months — one-on-one consultations for personal makeup.

Do you work in languages other than Macedonian?
