Terms of Service.

A booking is a request, not a confirmation. Confirmation comes within 24 hours with details and an .ics file. I reserve the right to decline a request without giving a reason — this rarely happens but should be stated.

Service area: Skopje and Gostivar with no travel fee. Locations outside these cities — by arrangement, with a travel fee added.

Cancellation and rescheduling: you can cancel or reschedule through the link in the reminder email, by replying to your confirmation, or via Instagram. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment — please reach out directly so we can find a solution.

Payment: we do not take a deposit at booking. Payment is made on the day of the appointment — in cash or by bank transfer. For weddings, terms are agreed at confirmation.

Unforeseen circumstances: if I must reschedule due to illness or circumstances beyond my control, you will be notified immediately and we will find the earliest mutually possible slot.

Intellectual property: photos you take during the session are yours. Photos I publish on Instagram or on this site are part of my portfolio. If you don't want to be featured, tell me in advance — it will be respected.
