At booking: name, email, phone, address and short notes about the session. In correspondence: the content of messages and any attachments. On the site: anonymous analytics through Vercel Analytics — no personal identification.

Why we collect it: to deliver the appointment (address, timing), to communicate about the details, and to improve the site. We do not sell data. We do not build marketing profiles.

How long we keep data: bookings and correspondence — 24 months after the last session, then automatically deleted. Analytics — anonymous, no retention limit.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You have the right to data portability (download as a file). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP).

Who has access to the data: Kristina Isailovska and the technical service providers — Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email). For requests, write to hello@glowbykristina.com — I respond within 30 days, as required by law.
